Excellent place with free wi-fi, a fitness centre, and 24-hour reception. On my first stay, the staff helped me with printing documents. I highly recommend it, and I’m coming back for a xmas.

The staff was friendly and accommodating during check-in.

My experience was marred by a lengthy 45-minute check-in wait, compounded by a rude front desk gentleman who questioned my ability to use the room key correctly. Upon entering my room, I found a broken shower head and a mini fridge that barely kept items cool. To add insult, the breakfast area was unkempt and chaotic, with malfunctioning machines and guests using inappropriate language loudly in the lobby.

I had a wonderful stay in a Queen Room with Two Queen Beds. The indoor pool and hot tub were open from 6 AM to 10 PM, giving my kids plenty of time to swim before checkout!

The room was super comfy with air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, and a nice coffee machine. I loved having a microwave and a refrigerator too. The bathroom had free toiletries and was really clean. Plus, there was a sofa bed for extra space. Breakfast was standard, but the staff made sure everything was filled up.
